Located in Melbourne CBD within the former headquarters of the Melbourne Steamship Company, we have created 25 King Collective which offers a range of work spaces including desks and studio suites of varying sizes. While the building was constructed in 1889, it has been freshly refurbished to the design of renowned Melbourne architects Kennedy Nolan.
With a boardroom that seats 10, a meeting room that seats 6 and two other informal break out areas, all meticulously styled, you may be assured that your guests and coworkers are impressed as well as inspired. Within close proximity to lunch favourites such as The Grain Store and right next to popular bar and restaurant State of Grace, entertaining your guests and clients cannot be easier.
The space includes high-speed fibre internet connection, printing facilities and two fully equipped pantries complete with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers and Zip Hydrotaps.
