25 King Collective has its own street frontage on one of Melbourne’s main thoroughfares, King Street. Easily identified by our striking blue heritage doors and the 6 meter high entrance foyer is sure to impress any visiting clients
We are a boutique work space that will house no more than 30 values-aligned professionals, creating an environment where a genuine sense of community exist and co-workers can look out for one another
There are four venues, formal and informal within our space to cater to your meeting needs: a grand boardroom that seats 10, a meeting room that seats 6, a lounge area with comfortable couches and sofa and lastly, a high bench that doubles up as dining table
Our building receives high-speed fibre internet of 1,000 Mbps which is then capped at 50Mbps per person so as to ensure fair usage to everyone
We provide a free printing quota which is included in your monthly membership fee. You are also free to bring your own printer
There are 2 pantries within 25 King Collective which includes facilities such as: microwave ovens, dishwashers, Zip Hydrotaps, coffee machine. Free supply of biscuits, coffee and tea are also included in your membership fee
Our building is secured by a sophisticated access system and is also monitored by CCTV
25 King Collective was built in 1887 and was the former headquarters of the Melbourne Steamship Company. The building is full of heritage character as you will notice, including cool features such as original mahogany staircase, heavy old safe, tall ceilings, interesting cornices and original solid pine floor boards.
